What is the iCare Rewards Program?
iCare Rewards is a program that pays members cash back for making purchases at the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace. iCare Rewards are redeemable for check once $30 has accrued in a member's iCare Rewards Account. Schools also earn money from the program if a member chooses a school when they register. Selecting a school at registration does NOT effect the members earned iCare Rewards.
How can I earn rewards?
When you shop at the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace,you receive a percentage back of your net purchases. Purchases MUST begin by clicking on the links in the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace to be eligible for a reward.
How do I know how much I earn when I shop at participating merchant?
Reward percentages vary depending on the retailer. When you visit the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace, each merchant’s link lists the reward amount they offer when shopping at their site. See iCare Rewards Terms & Condition for a full description of the program and reward calculation.
When can I redeem my iCare Rewards?
iCare rewards may be redeemed once an account had earned at least $30 AND during our normal quarterly redemption period (January, March, June, September for the previous 3 months). Transactions are posted on your iCare Rewards account 30 to 60 days after date of purchase. Redemption eligibility is based on transactions that have already posted to your iCare Rewards account.
Why is a recent purchase I made not showing on my iCare Rewards account?
Transactions may take up to 60 days to post to your account. Please contact us if 60 days have passed since the date of purchase and the purchase is still not showing up on your statement.
How will I know if I can redeem my iCare Rewards?
You may also view your account balance at anytime by clicking “View iCare Rewards” from the member log-in page. Once you have earned $30 you may click "redeem" and fill out the redemption form. We will send you a check for the balance of your iCare Rewards Account.
Do I have to redeem my iCare Rewards or can I let it accrue?
You do not have to redeem your rewards even when we send you the email letting you know you are eligible. However, if you do not notify us that you would like to redeem it by the quarterly redemption deadline, you will have to wait until the next quarterly redemption window to redeem your rewards.
What are my redemption options?
The redemption form allows members to choose if they want a check made out to them or made out to and sent to a friend or family member.
Can I send my iCare Rewards to an address other than my own?
Yes. You must follow the steps below.
How can I send my iCare Rewards to another person?
You can log in as a current member if that member gives you their log in and password. No credit card of secure informtion is stored in our system, therefore, this is a safe option. When you shop, any earned iCare Rewards are automatically credited to that person's account.
You can also choose to have your iCare Rewards check sent to another person by choosing the "send to" address on the redemtpion form. You will be asked to enter the person's name and address.
Can I also send my iCare Rewards check to an address different than my own?
Yes. Indicate that you want to use the “Send To” address in your “User Preferences.” Be sure the correct “Send To” address is listed. We will not re-issue rewards due to incorrect information listed in “User Preferences.”
How do you know that I want to send my rewards to an address other than my own?
You will have to include a “Send To” address in your user preferences and indicate you would like your rewards sent to your “Send To” address on the redemption form.
Do I receive a receipt once my iCare Rewards are sent?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation when your reward is sent regardless of which option you choose.
Can I choose two redemption options and split my reward?
No. Members can only choose ONE option per redemption period and cannot split reward. However, member may choose a different option each time they redeem their iCare Rewards.
How do you know which school to attach my spending to?
You choose the school when you register in the iCare Rewards section of registration. You can change this anytime by editing your profile.
Can I combine earning iCare Rewards with other rewards programs I am enrolled in through my credit card?
Yes! If you purchase something through the iCare Online Marketplace with a credit card that already entitles you to rewards/cash back, you will receive your iCare Rewards and whatever you are entitled to through the other program!
Is there a limit to the amount of iCare Rewards I can earn?
No, you earn rewards on all purchases made through the iCare Online Marketplace. There is NO limit!
How will I know how much iCare Rewards I have earned?
When you log-on, click “View iCare Rewards” on the main member page. Your rewards will be calculated each month, however, it could take up to 60 days for the rewards to be credited to your iCare Account.
How do I view my account?
Once you have made your first purchase at the iCare Online Marketplace, you will able to view your balance at anytime by clicking “View iCare Account.”
Do I have to use a specific payment method to earn rewards?
When purchasing from the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace, you may use any credit or debit card that the merchant accepts. No actual purchases are made through this website. Purchases are made through the actual merchants website.
Do I have to be a member to have an iCare Rewards Account?
Yes. However, membership is free!

Do purchases I make from in-store Advantage Savings Network merchants add to my iCare Rewards account?
No. Purchases made at any Advantage Savings Network merchant (in-store or online) do not earn iCare Rewards. You only earn iCare Rewards if you shop from links at the iCare Online Marketplace.
