What is the iCare Program?

Through our programs, families can save hundreds of dollars on products and services they normally purchase. Parents that are looking for new childcare can use our program to identify local centers.

Participating childcare centers gain access to our dynamic benefits program designed to help them increase enrollment, attract quality staff, and save money.

Can I still benefit if I do not have children in childcare?

Absolutely! Our Advantage Membership and iCare Rewards program can save ANYONE money, even if they do not have children in childcare! Click the links above to review the benefits of membership.

How often do I have to renew my membership to continue receiving benefits?

If you are registering for the free iCare Rewards membership, you only have to register one time. If you are registering for an Advantage or Advantage Plus membership, your membership will be automatically renewed 12 months after first purchase. We will send you a reminder email approximately 2 weeks before your membership renewal giving you instructions for requesting the membership be cancelled, for downgrading your membership, and for updating your information. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RENEW OR RE-REGISTER IF YOU ARE AN ICARE REWARDS MEMBER ONLY.

How do I know which membership to choose?

The iCare Rewards program and Advantage Membership is for ANY family who wants to save money when shopping online and in-stores.

The Advantage Plus membership is only for families looking to enroll their children in childcare for the first time OR looking to change the childcare program their children attend. Participating childcare centers only offer the tuition discount to new enrollment. Parents should conduct a search using our Childcare Locator (Save On Childcare button) to identify participating centers in their area. If they find a participating childcare center they would like to enroll their children in, they should purchase an Advantage Plus membership. If unsure, purchase an Advantage membership and upgrade later. Members can always upgrade their membership but cannot downgrade.

Is the membership fee refundable?

You have 30 days to request a full refund for the Advantage membership. After 30 days, you cannot receive a refund. You must notify us via phone or email that you wish to cancel within 30 days from joining. The Advantage Plus membership is non-refundable. Please view our refund policy for complete details.

How do I access my benefits & redeem my discounts?

Free iCare Rewards members do not have to log on and can simply click "Shop Now" to access the iCare Online Marketplace, iCare for Travel, and iCare Wireless. Advantage and Advantage Plus members who want to access the in-store coupons (Advantage Savings Network) do have to log on. Once you are a member, log-on to the home page you initially joined from. You will either go to www.iCareforFamilies.com or www.iCareforChildcare.com to immediately save money at the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace and to access your Advantage Savings network. "Show Your Card" offers can be redeemed as soon as you receive your membership card in the mail. Participating childcare centers have various ways to verify Advantage Plus membership.

How do I know how to redeem various Advantage Savings & iCare Rewards offers?

Log-in to your account. Choose "Advantage Savings." Click on the various offers to view specific redemption instructions. To view iCare Rewards online promo codes, click SHOP NOW, click iCare Rewards Online Marketplace

Do I receive a membership card?

Yes, Advantage and Advantage Plus members receive a personalized membership card in the mail. Members who signed up for the free iCare Rewards account only, do not receive a membership card. The card will say "Daycare Advantage" because that is our sister program.

Do I need the numbers on my membership card to access any benefits?

Advantage Plus members will need the membership id from their card to receive a tuition discount. All members may be asked for the membership card id for security purposes when calling Daycare Advantage. You do NOT need this number to log-in to DaycareAdvantage.com. When accessing online benefits and earning iCare Rewards, use your user name (e-mail address) and password from registration.

Are Advantage Savings Network printable savings certificates accessible even if I am away from home?

Yes, you can receive benefits from anywhere in the United States. If you are on vacation or away for business and want to find local merchants and restaurants that accept our membership, simply log-on to your account, click Advantage Savings Network, put in the zip code you are interested in, and viola...instant savings! If you are relocating and looking for childcare, you can use our Childcare Locator to conduct a search for participating childcare centers. You can also visit many of our centers from the convenience of your computer by viewing their virtual tour!

What is the difference between the Advantage Savings network & the iCare Rewards Program?

Both programs are included with an Advantage and Advantage Plus membership. Advantage Savings provides members exclusive savings opportunities that are mainly redeemable in-store, while, the iCare Rewards program saves money through promo codes on purchases made stricktly online.
