Your membership will be automatically renewed 12 months after first purchase. We will send you a reminder email approximately 2 weeks before your membership renewal giving you instructions for requesting the membership be cancelled, for downgrading your membership, and for updating your information. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RENEW OR RE-REGISTER IF YOU ARE AN ICARE REWARDS MEMBER ONLY.
The iCare Rewards program and Advantage Membership is for ANY family. The Advantage Plus membership is only for families looking to enroll their children in childcare for the first time OR looking to change the childcare program their children attend. Participating childcare centers only offer the tuition discount to new enrollment. Parents should conduct a search using our Childcare Locator (Save On Childcare button) to identify participating centers in their area. If they find a participating childcare center they would like to enroll their children in, they should purchase an Advantage Plus membership. If unsure, purchase an Advantage membership and upgrade later. Members can always upgrade their membership but cannot downgrade.
Daycare Advantage, Inc. is the name of the company that operates the iCare programs.
You have 30 days to request a full refund for the Advantage membership. After 30 days, you cannot receive a refund. You must notify us via phone or email that you wish to cancel within 30 days from joining. The Advantage Plus membership is non-refundable. Please view our refund policy for complete details.
Once you are a member, log-on to the home page you initially joined from. You will either go to www.iCareforFamilies.com or www.iCareforChildcare.com to immediately earn rewards at the iCare Rewards Online Marketplace and to access your Advantage Savings network. "Show Your Card" offers can be redeemed as soon as you receive your membership card in the mail. Participating childcare centers have various ways to verify Advantage Plus membership.

Yes, Advantage and Advantage Plus members receive a personalized membership card in the mail. Members who signed up for the free iCare Rewards account only, do not receive a membership card.
Advantage Plus members will need the membership id from their card to receive a tuition discount. All members may be asked for the membership card id for security purposes when calling Daycare Advantage. You do NOT need this number to log-in to DaycareAdvantage.com. When accessing online benefits and earning iCare Rewards, use your user name (e-mail address) and password from registration.
Yes, you can shop and earn iCare Rewards, print coupons, view promotional codes, and receive benefits from anywhere in the United States. If you are on vacation or away for business and want to find local merchants and restaurants that accept our membership, simply log-on to your account, click Access Savings, put in the zip code you are interested in, and viola...instant savings! If you are relocating and looking for childcare, you can use our Childcare Locator to conduct a search for participating childcare centers. You can also visit many of our centers from the convenience of your computer by viewing their virtual tour!
